As Creative Instinct prepares for an ownership transition effective January 1, 2026, we want to provide clarity and reassurance for our clients. After working alongside founder Gwen Canfield for the past two years, Emma Morrow will officially be taking ownership of Creative Instinct.

Who will be the new owner of Creative Instinct?
Effective January 1, 2026, Creative Instinct will be owned by Emma Morrow, who has worked closely with Gwen Canfield and Creative Instinct clients for the past two years. Emma has been directly involved in ongoing projects and client relationships, ensuring a seamless transition.
Emma holds a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design with a minor in Marketing from Austin Peay State University. She also owns Elevation Branding & Design and brings a strategic, thoughtful approach to creative work.

Will there be any changes to services, pricing, or contracts?
No. There will be no changes to services, pricing, or existing contracts. Creative Instinct will continue operating as it always has, with the same level of quality, reliability, and care.
Will Creative Instinct still operate under the same name?
Yes. Creative Instinct will continue operating under the same name and brand, serving clients from Mount Juliet, Tennessee, and beyond.
Will I still be working with the same creative approach?
Yes. The creative process, standards, and commitment to thoughtful, effective design will remain the same. The goal of this transition is continuity—not disruption.
